-Decide to host a gathering (Halloween dinner, Thanksgiving feast, holiday open house, mother/daughter Nutcracker tea)
-Refresh Winter Wonder handbook
October
-Compose Christmas card letter
-Order cards
-Complete gift list
-Buy holiday outfits for kids and me
-Work on holiday scrapbook
-Schedule house lights
November
-Schedule holiday traditions: cookie plate, concerts, outings
-Shop for gifts
-Get down boxes of decorations from attic week before Thanksgiving
-Friday after Thanksgiving, do ALL decor but tree
-Saturday after Thanksgiving, buy tree
-Finish decorating tree
-Prep foundation pages for December Daily
-Prep for gingerbread houses
December
-Complete decor by 12/1
-Elf arrives on 12/1
-Start advent calendars on 12/1
-Set out December album
-Finish buying all gifts first week of December
-Finish wrapping before kids get out of school
-Set goals for new year
January
-Put away room’s decor into that room’s box (clearly label box)
